Just by looking at him or her, it’s hard to tell your friend, colleague, family member or even a complete stranger has a very rare blood clotting disorder, but living with such a disorder has physical and psychological consequences. If medication is available (and that’s a big if), this means medication has to be administered by injection regularly. Without adequate treatment there’s a big chance of permanent (and visible) damage! And even in everyday life, you will experience trouble from having a blood clotting disorder. It’s time to bring this to the attention of a wider audience! What better way is there, than to show that being in good form in mind and body is important and setting goals and achieving them is possible after all.
